RETURNS
Yes if something is wrong with your order/garment I accept returns/exchanges. Natural wear and tear not covered. These items are PRE-WORN. They do not come new unless noted.
SHIPPING
I ship using compostable and/or recyclable packaging through USPS from Boston, MA. International shipping is through USPS. Tracking is provided.
SIZING
Because of the nature of the business model I am unable to provide consistent sizing; however, specific measurements are provided on every product page.
CUSTOMS
Not taking custom orders right now.
CARE OF CLOTHES

Turn the t-shirt inside out when washing and drying.

Use low temperature or cold wash settings.

Use a mild laundry detergent.

Tumble dry on low or go the old fashioned route and hang it to dry.

Do not iron directly on ink.
All items come pre-washed.
For tie-dye, wash separately or with like-colors for first 2 washes.
WHERE DO U GET UR CLOTHES?
Thrift shops and donations from friends/family/myself. The brands will vary but I try to find intact clothing that I think will last and look good. Tryna stay as sustainable as possible which includes everything from thrifting to packaging with recyclable/compostable mailers, using less paper, washing in larger loads, saving scraps, and biking to the post office.
WHAT ABOUT THE LOW INCOME PEOPLE WHO NEED THRIFTED CLOTHES ?
Yes this is a problem, which is why a lot of the clothes I use are donated to me directly from my own closet, friends, and/or family. If you have donations, please hit me up and I'd gladly take them (I'll pay shipping within US). I take items like tshirts, hoodies, and crewnecks. Things that can be laid flat so I can print onto them.
PRICING?
Pricing reflects time and resources put into the garment, which includes things like the original garment cost, the design process, the design, collab wit another QTBIPOC artist, number of colors/images used and any additional decorative elements used. As my craft gets better and I procure more quality items, I will adjust the pricing as fit. Please read all of the product information as it may contain details about the garment such as stitches and repairs.
RESTOCK ?
I will think about bringing back old designs; however, I would rather experiment with new ones.
DO U PAY COLLABORATORS ?
Of course, they get percentage of profits.
